Take time to reflect…
At this time of year, I like to take the time to step back a little from ‘working in the business’ to spend some time ‘working on the business’. I really do recommend to my dental clients that they do the same.
Take a day off, get away from the practice or the office and go somewhere that you know you can relax. I suggest that you take one day on your own to get straight what you are trying to achieve straight in your mind, and then one with your team.
Relax, ask the questions that you don’t have time to ask normally – Why do we do that?, What do we want to achieve?, Where do we want to be this time next year?
It can pay huge dividends for your business.
